These air fryer curry chicken wings are my kind of weeknight meal- crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and full of warm curry flavor. All you need are a few pantry spices, a drizzle of oil, and about 15-20 minutes in the air fryer. Delicious!

Would you like to save this?
No messy marinades, no coconut milk, no yogurt - just simple dry spices that turn plain chicken wings into something totally addictive.
Why you'll love these curry wings
Because they're easy, flavorful, and honestly kind of irresistible. The curry powder adds flavor, the paprika gives a little smokiness, and the garlic ties it all together. Every bite has that perfect balance of spice and crunch.
They're amazing fresh from the air fryer basket, but just as good the next day if you manage to save a few. I make them for dinner with rice or pack them for a quick picnic - either way, they never last long.

What you'll need
You probably have everything in your pantry already: curry powder, paprika (smoked or sweet), garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder (optional), salt, black pepper, and a touch of oil.
Mix the spices, coat the wings, and that's it - no marinating required. If you really want to let them sit in spices you can definitely do it. Wings will get only better.
How long to cook curry chicken wings in the air fryer
Cook the wings at 380°F for about 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispiness. If your wings are extra meaty or frozen, add a few more minutes. They're done when the skin looks golden and crisp and the inside is perfectly juicy. The air fryer does magic with wings - no deep frying needed.
What do curry chicken wings taste like?
Warm, savory, and a little smoky - the kind of flavor that hits you right away but doesn't burn your tongue. They taste different from Buffalo or BBQ wings - more like roasted chicken wings with a cozy curry twist.
My kids love them with ketchup (of course), but I love dipping mine in ranch and serve along with celery sticks and carrots.

What to serve with air fryer curry wings
Here are a few ideas: white rice or fried rice, fresh cucumber salad, roasted sweet potatoes, air fryer broccoli or cauliflower, or just some crusty bread and cold drinks. Or as i mentioned above just with some celery sticks, cucumbers or carrots and ranch to dip.
These wings also make an awesome party appetizer - people always ask what's in that "golden seasoning."
How to store and reheat leftovers
Keep leftover wings in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, air fry for about 4 minutes at 360°F until the skin crisps up again. They come out just as good as the first time. OR optionally microwave them for a minute.
