3 chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on ¼ cup soy sauce 2 tablespoons honey 1 tablespoon sesame oil 3 cloves garlic minced 1 tablespoon ginger minced 1 tablespoon rice vinegar 1 teaspoon sriracha or garlic chili paste 1 teaspoon sesame seeds for garnish 2 green onions sliced (for garnish)
Mix all the ingredients int he bag or large bowl. Let chicken marinade for at least 30 minutes, better overnight.
Cook thighs in the air fryer at 375 degrees for 15-17 minutes. Start with skin side down, then flip half way through.
