This easy air fryer Mandu recipe is a no-fail method to make the most crisp and tender bulgogi chicken dumplings. Frozen Bibigo pot stickers are quick to prepare in only 10 minutes and perfect to serve with your favorite dipping sauces for a delicious snack, appetizer, or lunch!

Ingredients
  

  • ½ lb Mandu bulgogi chicken dumplings
  • olive oil spray
  • dipping sauce

Instructions
 

  • Add frozen dumplings to the air fryer. Spray well with oil spray.
  • Cook at 375 for 10 minutes.

Notes

To store leftover air fried mandu, let them cool to room temperature and then place them in an airtight container in the refrigerator, where they'll stay fresh for up to 3 days.
For reheating, simply put the mandu back in the air fryer at 350°F for about 3-5 minutes, or until they're thoroughly warmed and regain their crispiness. This method helps maintain their texture and flavor.
