Lemon pepper drumsticks in air fryer is a very easy everyday recipe that we have on the regular in our house. Few simple ingredients and your dinner is ready in under 20 minutes.
Fresh lemon zestfrom 1 lemon for added freshness (optional)
Fresh lemon wedgesfor serving
Instructions
Dry drumsticks with paper towels for crispy skin.
Mix olive oil, lemon pepper seasoning, (optional salt, garlic powder, and lemon zest) in a bowl. Coat drumsticks evenly.
Set air fryer to 380°F.
Place in air fryer without overcrowding for even cooking.
Cook 10 minutes, flip, then another 10-15 minutes at 380°F until they reach 165°F internally.
Rest for a few minutes. Serve with lemon wedges for extra zest.
Notes
Store cooked lemon pepper chicken drumsticks in the air tight container in the fridge for up to 4-5 days. Reheat in the air fryer for couple minutes or in the microwave for 1 minute or until heated through.
