Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • Salt pepper, and 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon gochujang
  • 1 tablespoon each of soy sauce honey, rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  • Season chicken with salt and pepper, then coat with the sauce. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes (or longer in the fridge).
  • Set air fryer to 380°F.
  • Lightly brush the air fryer basket with olive oil. Place marinated chicken skin-side down.
  • Air fry for 10 minutes, flip, then cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F, about 10-15 more minutes.

Notes

Store gochujang chicken thighs in the air tight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Make sure to scrape all the juices and sauce and add it to the container to keep the chicken moist.
Reheat in the air fryer or in the microwave until heated through and no longer cold.
