Ingredients
  

  • 3 chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. This helps the skin get crispy.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, grated Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic. Rub this mixture all over the chicken thighs. Then, drizzle olive oil over the chicken to help the seasoning stick and add crispness.
  • Heat your air fryer to 380°F.
  • Place the seasoned and coated chicken thighs in the air fryer basket. Air fryer for 17-20 minutes.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, carefully remove it from the air fryer. Sprinkle with fresh parsley for garnish, if desired, and serve hot.

Notes

Store cooked air fryer garlic Parmesan chicken thighs in in the air tight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Reheat in the air fryer at 350 degrees for 3-4 minutes or in the microwave for 1 minute.
